Top influences on choosing a brand or item according to consumers in the U.S. 2023

During an August 2023 survey among adults in the United States, approximately 57 percent said a brand they already knew and trusted influenced their choice of brand or item. Around 12 percent mentioned recommendations from friends and/or family.
