The List of Authorised File Classifications controls the general correspondence files, alpha-numeric system. It is a record of the subject classifications that were to be used when creating files. The List indicates the alpha-numeric codes allocated to each classification. This record was created by the Sunbury Water Board during the period 1984-1985. It relates to files located in VPRS 15286 General Correspondence Files, Alpha - Numeric System created by the former Sunbury Waterworks Trust.
