Additional WGS of Irish MAP Isolates

These sequence files were generated as part of my PhD thesis entitled "The application of whole genome sequencing approaches to elucidate the genetic structure, phylogeny, and infection dynamics of Mycobacterium avium subspecies paratuberculosis in Ireland." Previously generated WGS files relating to the peer reviewed publication are available under PRJNA739165. These files constitute additional sequencing efforts to expand the previously generated dataset to fulfil the respective aspects of my thesis.
