Data Processing: Deduplication, merging, and accumulation operations are performed on the collected datasets to facilitate subsequent analysis. 3. Algorithm Rules: For the validity assessment of last bus passenger flow, the validity of last bus services is classified into two tiers: "Low" (average daily passenger count ≤ 10 persons) and "High" (average daily passenger count ≥ 20 persons). The SUM function is employed to calculate the cumulative average daily passenger flow of the last, penultimate, and third-last buses, followed by the RANK function to sort these cumulative passenger flow values. 4.
