This dataset is sourced from Shenyang Instrumentation Science Research Institute Co., Ltd., and contains simulation results for micro-defects. The study was conducted to simulate defects such as micro-cracks and pinholes, analyze their signal variations under different conditions, thereby providing theoretical support for defect detection technology, with significant applications particularly in fields including eddy current testing and magnetic flux leakage testing. The dataset includes four main files: 1. 裂纹涡流场映射信号.xlsx: Records eddy current signals under different crack opening conditions; 2. 漏磁信号随速度变化.xlsx: Records variations of magnetic flux leakage signals at different speeds; 3. 涡流信号随速度变化.xlsx: Demonstrates variations of eddy current amplitude under different speed conditions; 4. 针孔磁场映射信号.xlsx: Records magnetic flux leakage signals induced by pinhole defects of various sizes.
