A web resource which allows users - bioinformaticians as far as biologists - to swiftly detect Rare Mutations from Next-Generation genome Sequencing experiments. It describe the pooling of high-throughput NGS generated data using some mathematical models and identify the best number of patients in each pool with respect to minimization of the cost of the experiment.
