Processed ship-based Multibeam Sonar Data (version 2) acquired near San Diego, California during the Roger Revelle expedition 981107RR (1998)

This data set was acquired with a ship-based SeaBeam 2112 Multibeam Sonar system during Roger Revelle expedition 981107RR conducted in 1998 (Chief Scientist: Dr. David Checkley). These data files are of MBSystem format and include Acoustic Backscatter and Swath Bathymetry data that were processed by the GMRT Team using the open source MB-System multibeam sonar processing software. These data are included in the Global Multi-Resolution Topography (GMRT) Synthesis (version 1).
