Supporting data for "Molecular Dynamics in the Stratum Corneum of Plantar Heels in Atopic Dermatitis Patients"

This repository contains all raw data associated with the manuscript "Probing molecular dynamics in atopic dermatitis stratum corneum" The dataset is organised in two sub-folders, one for NMR data and one for WAXS data. Within each folder, the data are organised with respect to the figures in the submitted paper. The names of the files are as follow: exp no_sample_hydration, where samples are either: AD75 (AD stratum corneum from 75 year old patient), 60-70 (control sample of stratum corneum from healthy individuals in the age group 60-70 years old (batch from several individuals) AD-Cor (corneocytes samples from AD stratum corneum) Age24 (stratum corneum from healty individual, 24 years old) 20-30 ( sample of stratum corneum from healthy individuals in the age group 60-70 years old (batch from several individuals) AD77 (AD stratum corneum from 77 year old patient), And hydration conditions are either: Dry 85RH (85% relative humidity) 97RH (97% relative humidity)
