Topoisomerase I (Top1) is a classical drug target for anticancer therapy, but its role in immune signaling in cancer cells remain unclear. Here, we aimed to explore the possible role and mechanism of Irinotecan (CPT-11) in anti-tumor immunity. Overall design: mRNA expression profiles of CPT-11-treated CT26 tumor cells were generated by deep sequencing, in duplicate.
