Genome-wide SNP analysis of wild and cultivated olives (Olea europaea L.) in Oman

This project contains raw sequencing reads from genotyping-by-sequencing (GBS) of 44 olive (Olea europaea L.) samples, including cultivated and wild accessions collected in Oman. The study aims to investigate genetic diversity and population structure.
