Data files include phage immunoprecipitation sequencing data (phip-seq) for the TIGER-LC study included in the manuscript: "Pan-viral serology uncovers distinct virome patterns as risk predictors of hepatocellular carcinoma and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma".
