以刻痕和无刻痕两种工艺制备的竹展平板为研究对象,重点分析两种竹展平板的尺寸、物理力学性能及微观结构特征。结果表明:两种竹展平板的翘曲度均与板材厚度呈正相关关系,无刻痕竹展平板的密度和抗弯强度、顺纹剪切强度和抗弯弹性模量均高于刻痕竹展平板;无刻痕竹展平板在剖备过程中仅有部分细胞压缩而无损伤,从而保留了竹材原有的结构,具有良好物理力学性能。
Taking two types of flattened bamboo strip flat panels fabricated via scored and unscored processing techniques as the research objects, this study focuses on analyzing their dimensions, physical and mechanical properties, and microstructural characteristics. The results demonstrate that the warpage of both panel types is positively correlated with panel thickness. The density, flexural strength, shear strength parallel to grain, and flexural modulus of elasticity of the unscored flattened bamboo strip flat panels are all higher than those of their scored counterparts. During the manufacturing process, the unscored panels only experience partial cell compression without any structural damage, thereby retaining the original structure of bamboo and exhibiting excellent physical and mechanical properties.
