资源简介:
Rotation is an important cultural practice that farmers use to manage crop growth and diseases. The direct impact of these practices will affect plant residues input that may enrich specific groups of microbes to form beneficial association with the following crop. We observed soybean yield differences following the long-term rotation of continuous corn (CC), 2 year of corn (CCS), 1 year of corn (CSC), 1 year of soybean (SCS) in decreasing order, and the yield differences could not be explained by soil chemical and physical properties. Our goal is to correlate microbiome with the differences in soybean yields.
