Experimental adsorption data of competitive glyphosate binding to goethite in the presence of humic acid, obtained by batch adsorption experiments. The data was modeled by expanding on the NOM-CD model, which makes use of the CD-MUSIC model framework, to include steric hindrance of humic acids to glyphosate sorption. This model was coined the S-NOM-CD model, and is implemented in ORCHESTRA. This dataset contains the glyphosate-humic acid competitive adsorption data, and the model files for ORCHESTRA.
本数据集为通过批量吸附实验获取的腐殖酸(humic acid)存在下草甘膦(glyphosate)与针铁矿(goethite)竞争性结合的吸附实验数据。本数据集基于NOM-CD模型(NOM-CD model)进行拓展建模:该建模方法依托CD-MUSIC模型(CD-MUSIC model)框架,纳入了腐殖酸对草甘膦吸附的空间位阻效应。该拓展模型被命名为S-NOM-CD模型,并已在ORCHESTRA平台中实现。本数据集包含草甘膦-腐殖酸竞争性吸附数据以及适用于ORCHESTRA的模型文件。
