资源简介:
Relevant experiments were conducted via pot trials. Citrus plants were first inoculated with Fusarium solani, followed by the setup of different treatment groups with biocontrol microorganisms. Specifically, the treatments included Bacillus subtilis strain L1-21, Trichoderma asperellum strain NY-1, as well as the synthetic microbial consortium composed of the two strains. To clarify the effects of different treatments on the rhizosphere microecological environment of citrus, high-throughput sequencing technology was employed to perform determinations based on the 16S rRNA gene and ITS sequences, respectively. The compositional characteristics and species abundance differences of the microbial community in the citrus rhizosphere of each treatment group were systematically analyzed, which provides data support for revealing the regulatory effects of biocontrol microorganisms on the citrus rhizosphere microecology under Fusarium solani infection.
