Saccostrea cucullata (hooded oyster) genome

To better understand the ability of organisms to adapt to climate change, we are comparing the genomes of heat tolerant organisms (such as Saccostrea cucullata) to those that are more heat sensitive to better understand the genomic changes that confer resilience. We are hoping these understanding enable us to predict the adaptive capacity of a broader suite of organisms.
