To combat the problem of antimicrobial resistance (AMR) bacteria, we propose using phages, which are viruses that specifically kill bacteria. To begin, we collect bacteriophages from various samples and from other scientists all over the world in order to find the best one. Our goal is to create a library of Escherichia coli bacteriophages (coliphages) and find the best phage for any given situation.
