Aegilops is the ancestral species of common wheat, and genetic resources for wheat improvement. In this manuscript, we assembly a high-quality genome of Aegilops tauschii. AS60. The structural changes of D chromosomes were collected in the process of synthesizing hexaploid wheat through compared AS60 and SHW-L1 derived from the cross of AS2255 and AS60.
