PCF -SPR

design and simulation of PCF-SPR biosensor by using COMSOL Multiphysics , refractive indices and wavelengths was changed to achieve minimum confinement losses and maximum amplitude sensitivity, the data of RI, wavelengths, and all variables gathering and interpreting in excel , the equations solved and drew in excel too.
