Supplementary materials for Low heat flow near the deformation front of the northern Hikurangi margin revealed by deep borehole observatories

This archive contains MATLAB data and analysis code for the manuscript Low Heat Flow near the Deformation Front of the Northern Hikurangi Margin Revealed by Deep Borehole Observatories by Patrick M. Fulton and Madeline Fresonke, accepted for publication in Geochemistry, Geophysics, Geosystems (G-Cubed). It includes shipboard thermal conductivity data, APCT-3 temperature summaries, 2020 observatory annual-mean temperature profiles, full 2020 observatory temperature time series, and MATLAB scripts used to compute conductive heat-flow estimates for IODP Sites U1518 and U1519, evaluate depth-dependent heat-flow variations, compare results with nearby heat-flow constraints, and remake the data and time-series plots in the paper.
