Parcels

Each parcel is uniquely identified by an Assessment Parcel Number (APN), except some parcels owned by the federal or state government that are exempt from tax as a real parcel. Additional data beyond the APN include the situs (physical) address, acreage, assessor's legal description, plat name if appropriate, and a couple links to our assessor pages for more information. More parcel data concerning ownership interests, owners' addresses, evaluation history, and related data can be requested from the Franklin County Assessor or GIS departments using the appropriate email contact shown later.所有地块均通过评估地块编号（Assessment Parcel Number，APN）实现唯一标识，仅部分由联邦或州政府所有、作为免税实体地块的地块除外。除APN外，本数据集还包含坐落（物理）地址、占地面积、评估机构法定地块描述、适用场景下的宗地图名称，以及两条指向本县评估页面以获取更多信息的链接。如需获取更多涉及地块权益、业主地址、评估历史及相关关联数据的地块信息，可通过后续公示的官方电子邮箱，向富兰克林县评估部门或地理信息系统（GIS）部门提交申请。
