Single cell RNAseq of gamma delta T cells from murine thymus and liver

Until now, the systematic and comprehensive deciphering of gamma delta T heterogeneity and the extrathymic developmental pathway of liver gamma delta T cells remains largely unsolved. In this study, we performed single cell RNA sequencing to comprehensively identify the heterogeneity of gamma delta T cells from murine liver and thymus. We further revealed the developmental trajectory of gamma delta T cells and found that liver contains gamma delta T precursors. 2 samples of thymic and hepatic gamma delta T lymphocytes from C57BL/6J mice
