ASINA Dataset: LC3_ε_Bioaccumulation

The environmental ε_Bioaccumulation.xlsx dataset provides bioaccumulation Ti uptake in biological organisms, following OECD 317 protocol. Enchytraeus crypticus were exposed to TiO₂ in soil for 14 days to monitor uptake rates (by mass), followed by a 14-day transfer to clean soil to assess elimination. The nominal exposure concentration (mg/kg) represents the intended TiO2 NM dose administered in the soil. The dataset captures sampling phase, and time points post-exposure, supporting toxicokinetic analysis. The data differentiates between pooled vs. individual samples by indicated the number of organisms included in the sample, and includes biomass measurements (wet and dry weight at each sampling time point).
