Sequencing of changes after NINJ1 knockout in A549 cells

This study aims to investigate the function of the NINJ1 gene in A549 cells and its impact on various cellular biological characteristics. By knocking out NINJ1, we will analyze the gene's role in processes such as cell proliferation, migration, and apoptosis, utilizing high-throughput sequencing technology to identify its downstream regulatory genes and signaling pathways. The relevance of this research lies in the close association of NINJ1 with the onset and progression of various tumors; a deeper understanding of its mechanisms could provide new therapeutic targets and strategies for lung adenocarcinoma, while also offering fresh insights into cancer biology.
