Ror2-mediated transcriptional regulation in astrocytes stimulated with IL-1b and bFGF. Mus musculus

We recently found that growth factor signaling, including bFGF signaling, enhances IL-1b-induced expression of several genes, including Ror2 in cultured astrocytes. To comprehensively identify genes whose expression levels are enhanced by bFGF treatment in IL-1b-stimulated astrocytes, we performed RNA-Seq analysis on cultured astrocytes stimulated with IL-1b in the presence or absence of bFGF. We further examined the possible involvement of Ror2 in the bFGF-enhanced gene expression in IL-1b-stimulated astrocytes.
