Effects of two Bacillus velezensis strains from different sources on the growth of Capsicum annum based on meta-genomic analysis

In this study, we focused on the effects of two strains from different sources on the growth of hot pepper. The strains Ya-1 and HKSSLJEBR3 were isolated from soil of tropical rain forest and root system of pepper, respectively. After treating pepper seedlings with two isolates from different sources, the rhizosphere soil of the pepper was collected and DNA was extracted. Metagenomic sequencing was used to study the effects on the rhizosphere microbial community and the growth of pepper.
