Data and code for:Methylation-enabled high-radix parallel DNA data storage with exponential scalability

This dataset contains the data and MATLAB code associated with our study on methylation-enabled high-radix parallel DNA data storage with exponential scalability. It includes original digital files encoded into DNA, Illumina sequencing data from calibration and storage experiments, and scripts for encoding, decoding, file recovery, and statistical analysis. The dataset supports reproduction of the main results reported in the manuscript, including standard storage, orthogonal storage, random access, and microfluidics-assisted bitmap writing. Detailed usage instructions are provided in the accompanying README file.
