Brazil: leading banks 2019, by value of fixed-term deposits

Banco do Brasil led the ranking of leading banks in Brazil based on value of fixed-term deposits in 2019, with nearly 44 billion U.S. dollars worth of time deposits. Santander ranked second, with around 32.7 billion dollars. Banco do Brasil additionally came in second place as Brazil's top bank regarding the value of 'on call' deposits at that point in time.
