Phylloplane fungal microbiome of the outer leaves of the onion bulb. The samples were taken from an onion farm in the northern area of ​​the Cartago province, Costa Rica. Onions were taken from two different conditions: freshly harvested from the field and weeks of being in a plastic drying tent in an open system.
