该软件数据库主要包含地图管理、气象信息表、危险品运输车辆信息表、行驶路径表、周边人员密度信息表、危险物质信息表等,可对危化品车辆行驶路线的名称、类型进行录入修改,并对其中心线在地图上标定;对该路线上的各类危险品运输车辆的类型、规模进行录入修改,存盘后自动计算其大、小泄漏情景的概率;对该路线上的行人(不包括机动车上的人员)的最大密度(人/公里)以及相应的时间段(小时)进行录入修改,计算事故后果、个人风先和社会风险,可输出危化品车辆行驶路线的个人风险等值线图、社会风险曲线图、潜在生命损失值(PLL)等数据,最终实现路径优化。
This software database mainly includes map management, meteorological information table, dangerous goods transport vehicle information table, travel route table, surrounding population density information table, hazardous substance information table, etc. It allows inputting and modifying the name and type of hazardous chemicals transport vehicle travel routes, and marking their centerlines on the map; it also supports inputting and modifying the type and scale of various dangerous goods transport vehicles on the route, and automatically calculates the probabilities of large and small leakage scenarios after data saving. It enables inputting and modifying the maximum density (persons/km) of pedestrians (excluding personnel on motor vehicles) on the route and the corresponding time period (in hours), then calculates accident consequences, personal risk and social risk. It can output data such as the contour map of personal risk, curve graph of social risk, and Potential Loss of Life (PLL) for hazardous chemicals transport vehicle travel routes, and finally realize route optimization.
