The hydro-fluctuation zone of river wetland is a typical ecological transition zone with active changes in nutrient cycling and microbial functions, but the community structure and function of bacterial communities in soil microorganisms are poorly understood.In this study, 4 regions of the hydro-fluctuation zone of sandy river wetland located in Huangsha Gudu Wetland Park, Ningxia (Above and below are divided into arid regions, D; Near water area, NT; Dry and wet interleaving area, DW: flooded area, W)soils,High-throughput sequencing technology method of IlluminaMiseq was used to analyze the bacterial community structure and diversity characteristics, and to explore the co-evolution and influencing factors of soil physical and chemical factors and bacterial community structure and functions in the hydro-fluctuation zone.
