Identifying Candidatus Liberibacter solanacearum (CLso) Haplotypes associated with Solanum umbelliferum in California

This study presents whole-genome sequencing data of Candidatus Liberibacter solanacearum (CLso) obtained from multiple samples collected in California. CLso is a phloem-limited, unculturable bacterial pathogen associated with economically important diseases in solanaceous crops and related host plants. The sequence data will support comparative genomic analyses, phylogenetic reconstruction, and haplotype classification of CLso, contributing to a better understanding of host association, population structure, and epidemiology of this pathogen in California.
