This dataset supports the study "Quantum Tech and Security Rhetoric: A Comparison of Parliamentary Debates." It includes verbatim parliamentary speech excerpts (2010-2024) from Australia, the UK, the US, the EU, and Singapore, scored by large language models for four dimensions (Economic Framing, Risk Perception, Security Emphasis, Geopolitical Competitiveness), alongside BERTopic modeling outputs and documentation.
