Ovis aries Raw sequence reads (RNA Sequencing of miRNA Profiles in the Ovaries of Small Tail Han Sheep and Dolang Sheep)

This project contains six RNA-seq samples from ovarian tissue, including three from Small Tail Han Sheep (X_LC) and three from Dolang Sheep (D_LC). The study aims to explore the molecular mechanisms underlying fecundity differences between these breeds by identifying differentially expressed miRNAs.
