Replication package for: Agenda Translation on Platforms: Digital Capacity as State Communication Capacity in Local Government Health Messaging

This dataset contains an offline-first replication package (ZIP) for the study “Agenda Translation on Platforms: Digital Capacity as State Communication Capacity in Local Government Health Messaging.” Contents: analysis scripts, manuscript sources, and derived (non-restricted) outputs needed to reproduce all tables and figures. Raw upstream data are not redistributed due to third-party licensing and access restrictions. The package uses a configurable placeholder; see README.md for instructions to point the code to the required inputs.
