Exposure of Eisenia fetida to Ag Ions and Nanoparticles. Nanofate Ag

This is a toxicogenomic study for silver Nanoparticles (AgNP) and silver ions (Ag+) in the earthworms Eisenia fetida. We selected individuals from the same genetic lineage and used RNA-seq analyses (Illumina) to compare pathway responses to AgNPs and Ag+ ions at a similar exposure level (EC50 for reproduction) to elucidate whether there is evidence for a AgNP specific response.
