RNA-seq of Brassica rapa under different light qualities

Paired-end RNA-seq was performed to profile the transcriptome of Brassica rapa under different light qualities. A total of 24 paired-end libraries were sequenced with biological replicates. These data enable gene expression analyses and pathway exploration associated with light-quality-mediated responses and related physiological traits. Raw reads and metadata are available through the NCBI Sequence Read Archive (SRA).
