Taxonomic, functional and ecological inventory of 67 full-scale biogas digesters. Taxonomic, functional and ecological inventory of 67 full-scale anaerobic digesters of 49 agricultural biogas plants

In the frame of the third biogas measurement program (FKZ: 22404015) 67 full-scale digesters of 49 biogas plants from germany were system ecological investigated. To analyze the taxonomical diversity 16S rRNA gene amplicons and for functional profiling metaproteome analyses were used. These datasets were clustered (NMDS) with the corresponding metadata and used for the investigation of community-level change points (TITAN). Metagenome sequencing and analyses were done for a subset of the 67 full-scale digesters.
