A Subset of Polarized Spectral Radiance Distribution Images for Measurements Captured in Oceanic Water on the Atlantic Side of the Florida Keys on May 1st, 2022.

Data in this collection is comprised of a subset of images collected on the Atlantic Ocean side of the Florida Keys during a research cruise with Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institutes on May 1st of 2022 with the PixPol instrument, which measures the spectral polarized radiance distribution. Images of Stokes parameters I, Q, and U and their products, DoLP and AoLP, are provided for the in-water upwelling light measured spectrally at 444 nm, 500 nm, and 670 nm and for the in-air downwelling light measured at 500 nm. The (I) is rolloff corrected and Q and U are normalized to pre-rolloff corrected (I). (I) is in radiance units (uW*cm^-2*sr^-1*nm^-1), the DoLP ranges from 0-1, and AoLP ranges from -90 deg to 90 deg. All reference frame-dependent polarimetric variables are reported in the meridian reference frame.
