Supplementary material for containing Dataset and code used for analysis for the manuscript entitled "Form, function, and evolution of social carrying in ants". The material contains: Zipped folder containing the R code and datasets used to run it: two csv files - our dataset (information of social carriers) and Becker's 1989 dataset (information of colony sizes) with updated species names, and a tre. file containing a consensus phylogenetic tree of the Formisidae family from Economo et al. 2018. The dataset in xlsx file, containing also references and a summary table.
