Ways in which staff wellbeing is promoted by employers in New Zealand 2019

In a 2019 survey into the ways in which employers promote staff wellbeing in New Zealand as of August 2019, 78 percent of respondents said they adopted an open door policy. The same amount said they allowed employees to take time or off or have flexible hours to deal with personal issues.
