STUB1-deficient human iPSC-derived cortical neurons: RNA-seq counts, LFQ proteomics, and analysis code

RNA-seq count matrices (19 samples, two batches) and label-free quantitative proteomics (8 samples) from human iPSC-derived cortical neurons of SCAR16 patients, healthy controls and isogenic CRISPR STUB1 knockout lines, with the Quarto/R pipelines and result tables for the TPR x U-box functional-dose analysis in Maroofian et al. Data were generated by the Hauser/Schöls group (University of Tübingen) and analyzed by the Schisler Lab (UNC Chapel Hill). Raw reads and mass spectrometry files are available from the Tübingen group on request.
