Single cell RNA-Seq analysis of the human embryo dorsal aorta

Single cell RNA-Seq exploration of the human dorsal aorta, the hematopoietic stem cell (HSC) developmental niche, to explore heterogeneity of the HSC microenvironment and elucidate lineage trajectories of nascent hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells (HSPCs) from endothelium. Single cell analysis of the ventral portion of the dorsal aorta (AoV), the site of hematopoietic stem cell (HSC) emergence, containing 2379 CD34-enriched cells from 1 carnegie stage (CS) 16 embryo. The second datset includes dorsal aorta cells from the trunk of a separate CS16 embryo from which a hematoendothelial subset of cells are analysed.
