This project based on high-throughput RNA-seq and bioinformatics methods, provided transcriptome data of breast cancer cell line (MCF-7) treated by fractions extracted from nearly 74 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). We aim to study the interaction between medicinal plants components and physiological activities of breast cancer cells, and to obtain differential genes and key pathways. In addition, the mechanism of medicinal substances and effective ingredients of medicinal plants have been explored, so as to screen the potential anti-cancer fractions of TCM, and a batch of treatment targets for breast cancer were obtained.
