Plates were innoculated from left to right as follows: one column of B. mycoides, two columns of B. subtilis PY79, and two columns of B. subtilis sigma D::tet. Cells were stained with FM4-64 after direct transfer from solid media containing either 0 or 125uM EDTA. This is a dataset used to generate Figure 2 in Polka J, Silver PA.
