In Vitro Raw Data of Protein Transcriptional Response to Moringa oleifera Treatment

This dataset supports an in vitro study evaluating the antimetastatic effects of silver nanoparticles synthesized from Moringa oleifera leaf extract (MOLP-AgNPs) on HeLa cervical cancer cells. It includes raw and processed data from immunofluorescence assays measuring Snail protein and vimentin protein expression, as well as scratch wound healing assays assessing cell migration. Data analysis was conducted using ImageJ, GraphPad, and SPSS. The results demonstrate that MOLP-AgNPs significantly downregulate EMT-associated markers and inhibit cell migration, indicating their potential as a natural-based therapeutic agent for cervical cancer metastasis suppression.
