The file was created from NYS Civil Boundaries (https://gis.ny.gov/civil-boundaries) and SWIS Codes from the NYS Department of Tax and Finance Office of Real Property Tax Services (https://www.tax.ny.gov/pdf/publications/orpts/swis-codes.pdf This map service is available to the public.
