This case shows the time series of a group of activities collected by one of the authors of a housing project in Mexico from 2012. The column 'Activity A' shows the progress of 'foundation excavation and backfill' group of tasks, constituting the input of the system analyzed in the case. The column 'Activity B' is the system output; it displays the progress of the group of tasks necessary to leveling, anchoring castles, and cast blocks.
