Barcoded-Influenza A virus raw sequence reads K153E stock virus and in vivo infections

This study seeks to characterize viral populations and bottlenecks during in vivo infections in animal models. We used 10-nt barcodes embedded into influenza A viruses (IAV) to demonstrate infection dynamics of these viruses in mice and ferrets, quantifying population composition at previously unattainable resolution, and determining the nature of bottlenecks during infection. This BioProject contains amplicon sequence reads used to extract and quantify IAV barcodes from the stock used to infect animals in this study.
