Imaging cytometry data supporting Cleanet manuscript

Two imaging cytometry datasets with FCS files and images: One dataset consisting of 7 samples (6 bone marrow and one PBMC) collected on a FACSDiscover A8 instrument. One dataset consisting of 2 samples collected on an Amnis ImageStream instrument. All images from the ImageStream experiment and a subset of images from the A8 experiment have been visually annotated as singlets or doublets.
